Purple Smoothie Power!

Mmmmmm!!  Best smoothie ever recipe:

* 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries

* 1 sliced banana

* 1 cup soy or almond milk (today I used VitaSoy)

* Roughly 25 unsalted cashews

Blend like crazy in the blender (VitaMix if you are so blessed,) make sure the cashews are completely liquified.  Pour your thick, purple goodness into your favorite mug or glass, and ENJOY!!!
